it good

its nothing AMAZING but its not bad

the mix is missing alot in the mid and high ends, its really bass-ey, but it doesnt have much life

its alot of precussives and not alot of any sort of melody, or synths, or pianos, or really anything, its alot of FX and drums, which doesnt ussually make a great song

ide say mess around with some plucked synths, cuz thats a pretty big instrument in this genre

lmfao, ur tellin me drums dont make up a song? then your sadly mistaken. drums should make up atleast half or 40% of your song, if not it gets too boring or repetitive

wow this has a really beautiful sound to it

although there seems to be some pumping, try and make sure none of your volumes on anything go above 0db

that was really great, it could use a main melody though, you have a great chord progression, and its got great pottential

oh by the way, those kicks are very nice

its good, hmm....

drum loops is classic/fairly simple, well, simple for a dnb song, i do like how the snares alternate pitches, one is low, then the next is high(at least this is what im hearing)

i like the strings, i wish they had a more "real" feel to them, they sound good, but they sound like synth strings, not "real" strings

you should find somone who playes violin, record them, make that your lead, find a cello player, record them for the bass, put crazy drum over that...now thatwould be one sweet as song

i cant really offer anyway to get better, cuz this isnt really my style of dnb, plus whenever i attempt dnb, i totally step out of mainstream dnb completly

hmm, when i think of int. dnb, i more get a picture of chill music, and this is a bit fast for chillin, but i still dont even jack about the genre

tell you what, imma PM you when i finish my attempt at this genre

About the violins, DUDE! Im just a guy in a appartment XD. Getting someone to play violins for me in a studio might cost some bucks. So im pretty stuck with the synth violins. :(

Int. DnB isnt always a mellow chill out gerne. There are alot of int. DnB out there that are used in a dance club. But you should go out in the internet and google some int. DnB to know how it works.

really good

and thats coming from somone who doesnt really even like p-trance...

melodies are all really pretty, my fav part is at 4:00, when its just like background strings and just the drum loop and bass, its very simple, still have a good dancey feel to it, but its still relaxing

the melodies after that part are really really good, the build is perfect

aanyways, im done reviewing now

at 1:20, what kind of automation is that, cuz i doesnt sound like a simple filter automation, if it is, then i wanna know what you did to it, cuz the auto was sounding really good

i probly wound have gone with a really heavy distorted kick, when the epic melody came in instead of a clean kick, i mean ive done my share of clean kick hardstyle, but i just think heavy kick sounds better

im givin you a 9 cuz of the fade out ending, i just hate fade outs

so yeah PM me about the automation, or just respond to the review, i dont really care

It's called down sampling. You can do it on a few distortion plugins. Try bitcrusher

Also I did a hard mixdown with an extended intro and different outro. I might upload it at a later date.
